Before & After
Welcome back to another installment of Tavern History Tuesday. In celebration of our recent anniversary on Sunday, September 1st, we thought it fitting to showcase the remarkable transformation of our Tavern since it was acquired by our owner and renovations commenced. Today, we present a series of before-and-after photographs to illustrate the significant changes and progress made over the past year.
We have four sets of images that reveal the evolution of various aspects of the Tavern. The first two photographs focus on the exterior of the building, capturing the dramatic changes to both the front and back facades. The initial image highlights our updated entrance, showcasing the new overhead structure, enhanced steps, and accessible ramp. The subsequent photograph illustrates the extensive modifications to the back of the Tavern, including the addition of a new extension housing our bathrooms, the installation of a concrete seating area, a new fence, and a beautifully landscaped garden, complete with mulched areas.
The third photograph offers a glimpse into the transformation of the fireplace area on the left side of our dining room, showcasing its elegant renovation. Lastly, the fourth image depicts the evolution of the bar area, where we have replaced the original fireplace with a modern electric version, added a stylish bar, and created a convenient hallway leading to the newly renovated bathrooms.
We hope you find these before-and-after pictures as fascinating as we do. They provide a vivid representation of the extensive work and dedication involved in restoring and enhancing our cherished Tavern. Thank you for joining us on this journey through our history, and we look forward to sharing more with you in future Tavern History Tuesdays.
